All those who face a multi-cultural environment within the same building or across borders will eventually deal with conflict that has a multi-cultural component to it. In this highly interactive presentation, information from each participant will be utilized to discuss how to resolve conflict when that conflict involves different cultures.

This class will present an adaptation to the Western Facilitative Mediation Model into a paradigm that more closely aligns with Non-Western cultures, and will adapt that paradigm to the specific culture of the participants. Utilizing this methodology helps those trained in the concept to assist in avoiding conflict and when that conflict does occur, participants are better prepared to resolve it effectively.

This model has been used by organizations, businesses, and government delegations from more than 25 countries around the globe who have then gone on to train their colleagues and countrymen and collaborate to create positive work environments, community solutions regarding cultural conflict, as well as an increase in effective communication related to geo-political conflict across borders.
