History

The Hungarian chemometricians have a long-lasting series to collect experts in the field of chemometrics.

As an international meeting Conferentia Chemometrica has been organized in 1997 for the first time. Together with chromatographers a successful symposium was held in Budapest: ACE&CC 2003. Selected papers are appeared in Chemometrics and Intelligent Laboratory Systems (Volume 72 issue 2).

The predecessors were held in Hajdúszoboszló (CC2005) together with Chemometrics VII (Czech Chemical Society) and at the Lake Balaton: International Symposiums on Computer Applications and Chemometrics in Analytical Chemistry. Selected contributions of CC 2005 appeared in the special issue Chemometrics and Intelligent Laboratory Systems (Volume 87 issue 1), the preface can be found here .

Another special issue (Journal of Chemometrics (volume 22 nos3-4, 2008 March April) were collected from the contributions CC 2007. It is available here .

This meeting of Hungarian chemometricians will be the 30th in series.

Abstracts of predecessor conferences can be found at: www.kemometria.hu
