The beautiful OMNI Riverway Hotel in Houston, Texas, has been selected as the annual conference site for the Texas Association of Personnel Consultants (TAPC). We expect owners, managers and their staffs to join us from all areas of Texas and the Southwest for an exciting, informative, and fun-filled 3 days! Our 2008 Conference was the largest state staffing conference in the country with over 550 in attendance. Early indication is that this years will be larger than ever and could reach 800 in attendance.We are offering you more opportunities to receive exposure and build productive relationships with our attendees at the conference. Please closely review this years opportunities and respond immediately. We will only have room for thirty five exhibitors and several exhibit spaces have already been sold. Booths are assigned on a first come, first serve basis.Exhibitor Qualifications1) Exhibitor should be in business for at least one year.2) Products or services should already be in place and in use. 3) Qualified Representatives, NOT Administrative Reps who are unable to answer anyones questions, should be sent.Added Attractions1) All Owners/Managers of member firms will be given color-coded name badges to distinguish them as decision-makers2) For your participation you will receive a list of all Conference Attendees3) Grand Prize Drawing on Saturday limited to attendees who have visited with each exhibitor4) Speed Exhibiting is as an additional opportunity you can purchase to get exclusive one on one time with a select group of 30 business owners. Last year, Speed Exhibiting was one of the highest rated events at the conference by exhibitors and owners, alike!5) The option to purchase tickets to attend Thursday nights Conference Reception and Barbeque with a great band. Well also have an aerial photo of all attendees taken at that reception. Its a great networking opportunity and a lot of fun. 6) Booths are set up in high traffic areas where conference attendees must travel throughout the conference7) The conference bookstore, popular silent auction, and massage therapists will be set up near exhibits, thus bringing more traffic to your booth8) Two breakfasts and two luncheon desserts will be hosted near the exhibits9) Back by popular demand.the Exhibitor Booth Contest! 10) A pre conference planning session and reception for exhibitors on Thursday 4/2/09 at 5:00 for all exhibitors.
