TRINITY CHURCH CONCERTS AT ONE ANNOUNCES
THE SCHEDULE OF CONCERTS FOR OCTOBER 2007

The Concert Office of Trinity Church/ St Pauls Chapel, now celebrating its 40th season of lunchtime concerts of chamber music, has announced the October 2007 schedule of its Concerts at One series. The concerts are performed at the landmark St Pauls Chapel, at Broadway and Fulton Street and at historic Trinity Church, at Broadway and Wall Street. Suggested donation is $2.

Monday, October 1, at 1 o'clock at St. Paul's Chapel, Concerts at One presents Trio Cavatina in a program featuring Beethoven's Piano Trio in E flat major, Op.1,No.1 and Piano Trio in D major, Op.70, No

Gotham Trio, featuring violinist Joanna Maurer, violist Alissa Smith and cellist Kate Sanford Spingarn will perform Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart's Divertimento for String Trio in Eb major K563 during the Concerts at One, Thursday, October 4 at 1 o'clock at Trinity Church

Trinity Church will be the site of Concerts at One, Thursday, October 11 at 1 o'clock featuring Bellows & Brass in a program of Song and Dance from Opera to Tango. Among the works to be performed are The Perfect Cake an opera in three acts for instrumental sock puppets and narrator.

Concerts at One will present The Trinity Choir with Rebel Baroque Orchestra, conducted by Dr. Owen Burdick, Monday, October 15 at 1 o'clock at St. Paul's Chapel

Fiddler and mandolinist Peter Ostroushko and guitarist Danny Gotham will perform a sampling of works on Thursday, October 18 at 1 o'clock at Trinity Church. Among works to be performed from Ostroushko's albums Heart of the Heartland, Pilgrims of the Heartland, Sacred Heart, Coming Down from Red Lodge, Minnesota: A History of the Land, Emmy-Award winning Postcards as well as traditional Ukrainian folk songs.

Violinist Joanna Marie Frankel will be accompanied by pianist Ran Dank during the Concerts at One, Monday, October 22, at 1 o'clock. Featured works to be performed are Sonata for Violin and Piano in E flat major, opus 12 no.3, J. Brahms' Sonata for Violin and Piano No.2 in A major, opus 100, and Ginastera's Pampeana No.1, Rhapsody for Violin and Piano.

Thursday, October 25 at 1 o'clock at Trinity Church, Concerts at One will present Sol y Canto joined by Melodic Vision in Representing a New World of Latin Music a celebration of Mexico's Day of the Dead.

Concerts At One presents the Pan Asian Chamber Jazz Ensemble, Monday, October 29, at 1 oclock at St Pauls Chapel. Among the works performed will be Building Tracks, Night and Yuki (Snow), by M. Okura, Naima, by J. Coltrane and Voyage and Storm, by M. Okura.
