Singer/songwriter Greg Brown performs in benefit concert for PACTT Learning Center for children with autism, his only Chicago appearance. Brown's an acclaimed folk musician with Grammy nominations whose songs have been performed by such artists as Willie Nelson, Jack Johnson, Carlos Santana, Ani DiFranco, Shawn Colvin. Deemed a "wickedly sharp observer of the human condition" by Rolling Stone, he's recorded more than a dozen albums. He'll be accompanied by his frequent stage partner, guitarist Bo Ramsey. PACTT offers specialized education, preschool through high school, residential group homes, vocational training and job placement for teens, young adults with autism.
