Complete Agile Training November 15, 2010

This two day course provides an overview of agile software development principles and practices. There will be discussions about various agile methodologies, such as Scrum, XP and Lean. The focus of this course is on the various elements of the agile process, such as user stories, iteration planning, and retrospectives. The hands-on labs provide an opportunity to put into practice specific techniques around each element of the agile process. The participants will leave with an understanding of agile practices and the ability to apply them immediately.
