This is a mandatory training for SPA employees and their supervisors. The Competency AssessmentWork Plan training will allow employees and the supervisors to learn how to create theperformance evaluation document. This session will also covera review ofcompetency analysis and proper assessments of the various levels (Contributing, Journey and Advanced).
