Has Silicon Valley returned to the compensation practices of the pre-dot-com era? Venture capital money is flowing into early stage start-ups with the largest number of transactions since Fall of 2001. Unemployment is at record lows and contract recruiters are now earning up to $120 per hour to help companies acquire new talent. How does this all play out in terms of what companies have to do to attract and retain key talent? How are compensation programs being impacted?

John will share the latest results from U.S. compensation surveys so that you can respond to current compensation challenges and also make recommendations for your programs entering 2008.

* Are my company's cash compensation programs really competitive?
* What are the latest trends in salary budgets and target cash incentive levels?
* What are hiring compensation packages for key talent?
* Stock options or restricted stock? What is really happening?
* How do I factor equity into the total compensation package?

If you are competing for talent in Silicon Valley, you don't want to miss this presentation.
