Compassionate Listening is
a practice that reaches deep into the heart of discord or disconnection,
teaching people to listen with a different "ear" to those around
them. Its powerful tools help transform the energy of conflict into
opportunities for understanding, intimacy at home, healthy relations, productive
teamwork, and positive action. It is a practice that provides a roadmap to what
sages from all ages and cultures have taught: cultivating the wisdom of the
heart is the key to real peace "from the inside out."

Lodging at Sacred Groves or nearby Holly
Lane Gardens
will be available for an additional cost for those who live at a distance from Bainbridge Island. Lodging options range from camping to a fancy private room at the B & B. Please contact us for more information. Meals (dinner Saturday,
brunch Sunday and snacks) are included in the cost of the training.

The session will serve as the Basic Intensive for newcomers and an opportunity
for previous participants to review and deepen their practice. The schedule looks like this:

Saturday, April 11: 12 noon: Training Day 1 begins. We end 9pm. Includes afternoon snacks and dinner break.
Sunday April 12: 8:10am: optional Easter morning meditation
& discussion of Eckhardt Tolles A New Earth. 10-11am-Brunch 11-6pm:
Training Day 2
COST: Suggested Donation is $150-250 which includes 2 meals. One day only: $75-100. Therese always offers her events by 'suggested donation' and is usually willing to negotiate; if these amounts are a hardship, contact her and let her know what you can afford. Lodging is extra.
