Compassionate Communication: Exploring Empathy September 26, 2009

Two Saturdays:
• September 26th, 10am – 6pm, Session 1
• October 10th, 10am – 6pm, Session 2

This 2-day series can help deeply develop your understanding of empathy and your ability to connect with yourself and others from a place of compassion. Together we will learn to expand the possibility of compassion in challenging and sweet moments, and broaden awareness of how to choose empathy when triggered. We will practice speaking our deepest truths while showing care for other's needs. This series will blend didactic and experiential learning with fun.
Topics may include:
• What is empathy?
• Dancing in the Tree of Life
• Self Empathy & Deep Self Empathy
• Empathy Under Fire

Suggested donation for the 2-day series: $150 - $300, sliding scale
