Community Spotlight & Veterans Celebrations June 28, 2008

Admission to the event is FREE. There are fair rides, music, and entertainment throughout the day going on till 9pm on 28th. We have military bands and re enacters, tanks, musket shooting and a FREE buffet tent for Veterans throughout the event. Military units, climbing towers, rifle rangers and a host of other activities will be on going. In the week leading up to the event there will be Veterans from a number of campaigns working with young people in Trowbridge Museum and competitions are already underway in local papers for a design a cap badge competition. On the weekend itself there will be a competition for young people to win a lap top by asking questions of the Veterans. On Sunday starting at 3pm there will be a Drum Head Service and reception after
