This event marks the 40th anniversary of the founding of Community High School in 1972. All CHS alumni from any class along with family and friends are invited to attend. The Community High School All-Class Reunion is held every 10 years. The weekend will feature three events, starting with the traditional reunion picnic on Saturday at Delhi Metropark near Dexter, and concluding with a Commstock reunion concert at Wheeler Park, all day Sunday.

On Saturday, June 30th, from noon to 6:00 pm, at Delhi Metropark, we will be meeting in the South Picnic Shelter for the reunion picnic. Limited edition 40th Anniversary t-shirts (printed by former CHS teacher Elmo Morales) will be available. The picnic will be potluck-style, with hotdogs and water available for a small donation, to help pay for the weekend’s festivities.

In the evening of Saturday, June 30th, from 6:00-10:00 pm, the Community High 40th Anniversary Reunion Jazz Jam will happen at the Elks Neighborhood Kitchen, Musicians from the countless time-named bands (any 3:15ers out there?) - among others - will
gather to make some great music and honor Mike Grace, who retired a few years ago after 3 decades at the helm of our galactic jazz machine.

On Sunday, July 1, from noon to 8:00 pm, the Commstock Reunion Concert will be held at Wheeler Park. Ann Arbor Community High School's one-day music festival celebrates a reunion of past and present musicians who performed while at the school. Comstock is a one-day music festival started in 1984 by students at Ann Arbor's Community High School. The annual festival continued for over two decades, but ended a few years ago. This year, current students have brought the festival (a separate event from the Comstock Reunion) back at CHS.
