A multi-sensory event and exhibition examining the many ways food and water shape indigenous communities, including collaborative lectures between the IPCC, National Hispanic Cultural Center, Acoma's Haak'u Museum; panel discussions, community based projects, a summer camp ("Dig It!) and an exhibit titled "Take a Bite Out of This! From Corn to Commodity." Some artists to be featured include Lee Marmon, Roxanne Swentzell, Rose Simpson, Steven Deo, Tom Jones, James Luna, Diego Rivera, Maria Martinez and Popovi Da.
