Community Care Health Fair September 15, 2011

St. Ann’s Community will host its 25th annual Community Care Health Fair for the public. Admission is free and a complimentary lunch will be served around 11:45pm. Over 30 organizations focusing on health care and community resources for seniors will provide information to attendees. Health screenings will also be offered.
