Communion Featuring Bear's Den @ The Ruby Lounge February 12, 2013

Having whet the appetites of audiences all around the UK & Ireland recently supporting the likes of Of Monsters & Men, Smoke Fairies and Matt Corby, Bear's Den are now ready to embark on their debut headline tour.

The Bear's Den story is something of a fairytale, opening with the truly bewitching Austin to Boston Communion Tour of the US in March of 2012, where they shared the stage with Nathaniel Rateliff, The Staves and Ben Howard. From there, the band traveled to a secluded cottage in the Welsh wilderness to record their eponymous debut EP. In keeping with their DIY ethos, the band did everything themselves, right down to stamping each EP with hand carved potato stamps. The one-of-a-kind EP’s have been exclusively available at the band's live shows since its release in September. After a rapid succession of high-profile support tours, the stage is now set for Bear's Den to plunge into the deep end with their first headline tour of the UK & Ireland.
