ABOUT THE EVENT
The proliferation of new media and mobile technologies presents both opportunities and challenges for communication. Despite breakthroughs in technology, the dilemma of oversaturation of messages in communication is vast and challenging.

In order to ensure that messages cut through, a deeper understanding of your audience’s media usage behaviour, decision making processes, emotional state, community membership and preferences is essential. By applying and understanding psychological perspectives, media and communication professionals can make informed, evidence-based decisions with regard to the selection of the media and communication strategies that they use, thus ensuring enhanced communication effectiveness.

This unique new forum will examine how human dynamics can be explored to create more pervasive and effective communication and media campaigns. It will provide working strategies and practical case studies that demonstrate how to create effective strategies through having an intimate understanding of your stakeholders’ preferred channels and needs. Presenters from communication roles in a variety of industries and experts in the field of psychology and neuroscience will share their thoughts and experiences. Through case studies, expert presentations and workshops, they will provide insightful and applicable tools that will assist in creating immediate value and impact in media and communication activities.
