NEW YORK, NY – Plucking stories from his childhood, his time living in a condemned house in Venice, California and his outlandish imagination, Jay Larson’s fresh, original and oddly unique comedic voice comes to Comix Tuesday, December 4th.

Jay’s strong perspective and Solipsistic view landed his a spot at the 2005 Montreal Comedy Festival. His performance prompted Variety Magazine to note him as one of the top new faces to look out for and Time Out New York described him as “a unique voice worth supporting.”

Since Montreal, Jay has performed on The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson twice, Comedy Central’s Live at Gotham, AMC’s Date Night, The Lifetime Channel and many national commercials. An obsessive writer Jay is continuously creating vibrant, clean and challenging material that keeps him on the top of the industry’s “One to Watch” list.

Jay is also the author of two screenplays, the writer/producer of the sketch show A Christmas Intervention and founder of the charity Laughs for Life. Jay notes his 2006 performance for our troops in Iraq as his greatest career accomplishment.
