Comedy Club - "COMICS ON EDGE" with Geoff Keith and Friends! February 18, 2009

We are Ventura’s Home Town Comedy Club, nestled in the beautiful Ventura Harbor, where we bring you the hottest comedy shows in the country every week. Geoff Keith is a 21-year-old stand up comedian from El Toro, California. His first time on stage was July 1, 2003 at the Ontario Improv. He walked off the stage and heard an audience member telling his table, "remember that kid's name." Audiences love Keith for his likeability on stage which goes hand in hand with his quick wit and superb timing. Keith has opened for big names such as Damon Wayans, Paul Mooney, Lisa Lampanelli, Pablo Francisco, Tommy Davidson and many more. Keith has been seen on Comedy Central, Playboy TV, National Lampoon Comedy Express TV, and the Oxygen Network. Keith has also been featured performing stand up on AOL TV and the Sprint Comedy Time Network.

In 2005, Geoff Keith was voted Orange County's Funniest Person. He has been seen on Playboy TV, Comedy Central, National Lampoon's Comedy ExpressTV, and the Oxygen network. You can catch him on season 2 of "Live at Gotham" on Comedy Central later this year. In 2006 he toured the country opening for Pablo Francisco.

Geoff Keith started stand up after years of playing basketball. He dreamt of playing in the NBA. After one year on the roster at University of Redlands he had made a name for himself with averages of 1.4 PPG and 1.0 APG. The scouts did not come calling. This inspired him to drop out of school and start his career in comedy. Making people laugh has always been his passion and he is glad that audiences appreciate what he does. He urges kids to stay in school because one day it will lead to an education at a top-notch university where girls will get drunk and lose all inhibition.

For the best seating please plan to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the show and take note that there is a two drink minimum (with or without alcohol) for all shows and all guests must be 21 to enter. We do recommend that you call ahead to make a reservation as we can only fit so much laughter in one room!!
