Comedian Mike Birbiglia from Comedy Central November 29, 2005

Mike Birbiglia doesn't sound like other comedians. He has a simple, conversational delivery where he talks about his life as a young traveling comedian and his struggle to keep a steady relationship.
After being named the "Funniest Person on Campus" while a student at Georgetown University, Mike got a chance to open for Dave Chappelle at the DC Improv. He then moved to New York City and made his television debut on The Late Show with David Letterman, shortly followed by his own Comedy Central Presents half-hour special. From there, Mike hit the road and excelled to national headlining status in just 3 years.
