Comedian Jake Johannsen from Comedy Central, Letterman & Leno August 31, 2011

Jake Johannsen spent three years at Iowa State University dabling in Veterinarian Science and Chemical Engineering before moving to San Francisco to try his hand at comedy. Jake is one of David Letterman's favorite comics, with over forty "Late Show" appearances under his belt. He also frequents "Late Night with Conan O'Brien," "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno," and was also regularly featured on Johnny Carson, and Politically Incorrect.

Jake was a part of the 10th annual HBO young Comedians Special, a 1/2 Hour Comedy Special, and a one-hour HBO Special titled, "This'll Take About an Hour." People magazine rated his special one of the ten best shows of the year and T.V. Guide named it one of the "50 Funniest Moments of T.V."
