Come and spend some time with inspirational author Jay Kolo. He will be discussing his latest release, "House on Paddock Lane." This heartwarming fictional novel is set throughout the town of Libertyville and Paddock Lane itself. Jay will speak about where he gets his inspiration for writing and what he hopes to accomplish through his works of fiction. "House On Paddock Lane" along with Jay's other three books will be available for purchase. Complimentary cookies, coffee and bottled water will be provided. A free gift will be given to the first three people who purchase Jay's books

In addition to his four other inspirational novels and two books of poetry, House On Paddock Lane tackles such issues as fear and abandonment. The books main character, Gary Kohl, must learn how to overcome obstacles and challenges throughout the story. The book explores the transition from self-reliance to a reliance on prayer and a personal relationship with one’s creator in order to overcome. A series of mishaps, many of which were out of the main character’s control, lead him to explore prayer and ultimately accept with open arms this most misunderstood phenomenon. After his reliance turns towards prayer the character begins to see how as his creator has always intended him to be.

Mr. Kolo’s books come from the heart and are a product of both his past pain and his natural creativity and writing ability. Kolo who has overcome a dependency to alcohol has been sober for more than eleven years. Dyslexia, anxiety, depression and early childhood trauma are the catalyst for his stories. He has a sincere desire to connect with others and he writes to enlighten and inspire. This sincerity is well demonstrated should you ever attend one of his events. His books and their characters will forever become a part of those who become acquainted with this emerging author and his works of fiction.
