Columbia College Chicago presents Eddie Kramer April 29, 2010

The Center for Asian Arts and Media, in collaboration with the Department of Audio Arts and Acoustics, presents Eddie Kramer, influential music engineer and producer with a career spanning more than four decades, in the first of a series of Fujitsu Ten-sponsored Eclipse Master Classes at Columbia College Chicago.

This free lecture will address Eddie Kramer’s engineering and producing work with some of the largest names in rock music history including Jimi Hendrix and Led Zeppelin, to name just a few. The event will include a performance by the Claire Stahlecker Band, a group selected by Mr. Kramer out of ten submissions from the Music Department at Columbia College.
