Colored Pencils Summer Celebration with Hmong Community August 31, 2012

In its fourth year, Colored Pencils Art and Culture Council will join hands with the Hmong community of Oregon to celebrate summer at Director Park in the middle of downtown Portland.

Learn about the Hmong Community with an event that features local multicultural performances, artists, and story tellers.

CP mission is to uphold the dignity of all by creating an artistically and culturally rich environment where people bonded in their humanity and safe to express their uniqueness.
