Colorado Getaway: Telluride WIne Festival and Outdoor Fun June 25, 2009

Experience that rocky mountain getaway this summer-- June 25-28 with Steppin' Out Adventures. We've fallen in love with Telluride as a ski resort, but it actually is known for its spectacular mountain beauty in the summer time.

We've put together an amazing weekend that keeps you active, relaxed, and smiling. From hiking in Colorado's version of the Alps, with tremendous waterfalls, to white water rafting (or kayaking on the San Miguel river) , and a jeep tour at sunset for wine and cheese through the rocky mountains to visit ghost towns and amazing vistas... all this being topped off by Telluride Wine Festival, where the beauty of the mountains is paired with indulgence of fine wines.
Additional activities include horsebackriding, real Colorado mountain biking and fly fishing. We will be staying at the Ice House Condos - beautifully decorated, roomy and modern, Price of $970 includes transportation from Montrose airport, 3 nights at the Ice House Condo, Entry to the Grand Tasting Event at the wine festival, half day white water rafting, guided hikes, mountain jeep tour at sunset with wine and cheese, 3 breakfasts, one dinner, one lunch.
