The powers that be decided to renovate the space that was previously the evidently undesirable Halo (previously White Lotus & Ritual) and reinvent it as a permanent Hamptons' beach-side community. SBE went all out to create Colony Nightclub, a 13,000 square feet space with a dance floor, a hammock-covered pool, cabana-style seating, kayak-swing for two, pseudo Montauk-esque wood-plank floors and bartenders (dressed like lifeguards, down to the board shorts or bikini tops and whistles) passing out vodka-spiked popsicles and champagne-spiked sushi.
