'Ouverture Alcina' is a vocal performance based on the figure of the sorceress Alcina from Ludovico Ariosto's renaissance poem Orlando furioso. It is a fight between the power of the voice and of music, a deep and surprising alchemy that draws the figure of the sorceress, wounded by love, in her iconic immobility.
