Here’s a little about the evening:

Ladies are seated at numbered tables in the lounge at the event start. Men are seated next to these ladies. At the bell, their “dates” begin and couples get the chance to chat with each other. At the end of their “date” a bell is rung and men are move to the next lady seated at the tables. As party goers move each write on their notecards if they’d like to keep contact with their date. If there is a mutual “yes”, the party goers emails are exchange and the conversation get to be continued.
