Cocktails and Clay: Before the Pyramids

Get a little dirty at the Hyde Park Art Center with Cocktails and Clay: Before the Pyramids on Friday, August 12, from 7 to 11pm. This month, come ready to party Ancient Egyptian style. We’ll have ancient Egyptian artifacts on display to inspire your 45-minute clay session, then you can dance the night away to a live DJ while sipping drink specials from our cash bar and gallery hopping. This event is in partnership with the Oriental Institute in recognition of their newest exhibition Before the Pyramids: The Origins of Egyptian Civilization. Donations suggested.
