COCKTAIL TASTING PARTY
7 p.m. | $35; reservations required | 21 & over
Guests will meet and mingle as small cocktail samples are passed around. Then you're on your own to sample freshly made drinks from the fully staffed bars we'll have set up in the space – try a martini, a margarita, perhaps a mojito or a whiskey cocktail. Enjoy cocktail-style hors d'oeuvres along the way, such as Northwest artisanal cheeses, spiced nuts, wontons with tuna and ginger, stuffed black olives, fresh fruit and more. And what would a cocktail party be without live music? So we'll offer that as well.
It's a Friday evening, so the hotel, restaurant and bars will be hopping – continue your night with us by reserving a guestroom for $125. That way, you can enjoy the soaking pool, movie theater, small bars and more.
