A stellar graduate of The Glenn Gould School, pianist Philip Chiu presents a rich and varied program consisting of two of Faure’s evocative Nocturnes, the playful and witty Butterflies and Bobcats by Canadian composer David Leroy MacIntyre and culminating with the pinnacle of Romantic piano music, Liszt’s legendary B minor Sonata.
