Through motivational speaking, coaching exercises and interactive discussions Roke will take you through 2 hours of learning some tools that may help you to reshape your life's work, be it an established business, an advocacy service you have just started or that which is still a dream. You will also get a sense of various possibilities that might help you continue to grow and reach your goals.

By Public Transportation: The closest BART station is North Berkeley but it is quite a walk. The closest bus stop is Channing/6th - Bus 19. Use AC transit to plan your trip.

Preparation:

* Wear comfortable clothes
* Wear socks and shoes - we will be working inside and in the garden
* Please try to come 10 mins before 11. We will start at 11.
* Bring a pen and a notebook and some sheets of paper (you can bring paper u want to recycle - printed pages you don't need etc.)
* Bring a watch or a clock so that you can track time
* But above all - bring an open heart to try out possibilities
