The Alliance Francaise of Madras in association with Courtyard by Marriott present you an evening of fine French cheese from Daniel Dubosclards La Fromagerie Bangalore complemented with red and white wines from Four Seasons wines sponsored by United Spirits Ltd. With more than 15 years experience in the cheese business Daniel Dubosclard, cheese master at La Fromagerie Fresh Foods Pvt. Ltd. brings his knowledge and passion for French cheese to gourmet food lovers of Chennai. Each participant will get a platter of the five cheese as much as one wishes with two glasses of red and white wines to complement it , and of course some delicious French bread.
