Dr. Cheemin Bo-Linn, recognized as an innovative hi-tech leader, specializes in strategic engagements which deliver high impact business and marketing solutions tied to accelerated profit growth. She is CEO of Peritus Partners, Inc. and leads the Hi-Technology and Clean Tech Practice. She is also a Partner with SiVal Advisors and a venture advisor, focused on green tech efficiencies, infrastructure, and Mergers and Acquisitions.

Brad Rock is a partner at DLA Piper, with a focus on advising Clean Tech companies. He concentrates in mergers and acquisitions; corporate securities, venture financings, and public offerings; public company securities law compliance; and software and hardware licensing and distribution.

Derrick Lee is a Vice President in the Menlo Park office and focuses primarily on cleantech and semiconductor investments. He spent a year with BVP China in Shanghai developing that practice during 2006-2007. Derrick serves on the board of Summit Microelectronics and previously served on the board of BA Systems. He is a board observer with Berkeley Design Automation, Exclara, Miasole, PowerGenix, and Therative.
