Eyes of the Soul ~ Paula.

Soul Gazing is an extraordinary ancient art. It has the capacity to heal all levels and all areas, physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. It allows the person to receive their own specific energy, that which is theirs and theirs alone.
The person sits and as energy is pulled from below from Mother Earth and from above from Father Sky, it is then sent through the eyes to the person. As above, so below.
It has the capacity to reach all levels and past, present and future as well as past lives. It can get as deep as you are open and for as long as you are comfortable. All you have to do is close your eyes to signal that you are through.
It is not painful or hard to do. It is a way of releasing those things you have within yourself that are ready to be released as they no longer serve you.
It feels great.
I will be at Aquarius Books on March 19th from 11am to 4pm, call 541-479-4000 for an appointment. Cost is $10 or sliding scale.
For a more in depth appointment call 541-295-5069 and I can schedule an appointment at New Hope Healing Center on Sundays. The appointment will be one hour and the cost is $20 or sliding scale. This session will be a little different as I will also use my massage table for energy healing and then we will do soul gazing. No need to worry what to wear as you lie on the table with your clothes on. Just be comfortable.

First Friday June 3rd ~ 6 - 8 pm. ~ Michael Spring will be reading from his new book Root of Lightning (Pygmy Forest Press, 2011). He is the author of two previous poetry books. His first book, blue crow (LitPot Press, Inc., 2003), was translated into Portuguese and is set to be published by the University of the Azores and Brown University Press . A selection from his second book, Mudsong (Pygmy Forest Press, 2005), won the 2004 Robert Graves Award (Imago Poetry/UK). Mudsong was also included in a list of 150 outstanding poetry books in Oregon history, nominated by the public and announced in 2007 by Oregon State Library and Poetry Northwest.
Michael Spring completed this book at Treesong where he also works as a natural builder -- assisting his partner, natural building designer and permaculture activist, Hazel Danene. He is also a poetry editor for The Pedestal Magazine, Chief Instructor for the martial art system Tai Yuan Tao, and owner of Rising Dragon Martial Arts in Cave Junction, Oregon.
