The Clarke County Fair is presented by the Ruritan Club and is a true county fair with livestock exhibits, homemaking exhibits, carnival rides, and entertainment such as demolition derbies, bull riding, tractor pulls, lawn mower races, and the ever popular pig scrambles. A large selection of food choices are available including the Ruritan Beef & Chicken dinners served daily. These events convey the county's love of agriculture and home interests and define and unite our community. It is one of our county's most cherished and celebrated events, where new memories are made and old memories are shared. If you are new to our Fair, then welcome!
