Session # 4 - 04/09 - Red Wine Vinification

This session will guide you on the vinification of red wines and supply you with a working knowledge of red wine-making. Topics being covered include:

*Introduction to red wine-making

*Management of maceration/fermentation

*Extraction and structure

*Balance and structure of red wines

*Red wine flight highlighting key differentiation.

The course is structured at an introductory - intermediate level with a moderate amount of technical detail, but sufficiently accessible for novices. Class size is deliberately kept small to give all attendees equal opportunity to ask questions and engage with the content.

The classes are packaged as 5 interlinked classes for $300.00 ($60.00 each).

Separate classes may be purchased for $70.00 per session.
