City of McAllen Halloween Festival October 31, 2010

Bring the entire family! Each community center will have games, arts & crafts, haunted houses, candy, prizes, food, and fun during the Annual Halloween Festival presented by the City of McAllen Parks and Recreation Department, Police Department, and Fire Department.
