City Harvest will hold its fifth annual On Your Plate luncheon on Wednesday, May 13th from 12pm – 2pm at the Metropolitan Club in Manhattan (1 E 60th Street at 5th Avenue). The event will honor longtime City Harvest supporter, David Patrick Columbia. After lunch, David will address the audience and lead a question and answer session. The event will be co-chaired by Carol Atkinson, Joy Ingham, Emilia Saint-Amand and Topsy Taylor. Last year's event attracted over 200 guests and raised almost $250,000 to support City Harvest's work feeding New York's hungry

David Patrick Columbia has been writing about society and specifically New York City society for the past 14 years. His column, New York Social Diary, began with (and still appears in) Quest Magazine then moved to Avenue before finding an additional home online at newyorksocialdiary.com.

About City Harvest
Now serving New York City for over 25 years, City Harvest is the world’s first food rescue organization, dedicated to feeding the city’s hungry men, women and children.
