City Harvest's 2012 Summer In The City Restaurant Tasting and Cocktail Party June 20, 2012

City Harvest’s young professionals group, Generation Harvest, will host its eleventh annual Summer in the City restaurant tasting and cocktail party on Wednesday, June 20th. The VIP Hour will begin at 6:30 p.m. and the tasting & silent auction will take place
from 7:30 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.

Summer in the City provides guests with the opportunity to see some of the city’s newest culinary stars in action. It is Generation Harvest’s biggest fundraising event of the year and is attended by New York City’s young philanthropists and tastemakers. Last year’s event featured a musical performance by Savoir Adore and attracted over 600 guests, raising $270,000 to support City Harvest’s work feeding New York’s hungry. Summer in the City will be a success in 2012 thanks in part to Infiniti, the official automobile sponsor, and all other event sponsors including AriZona Beverages, Empire Merchants, Nespresso, Valiant, and Vegware.
