The NSO Summer Music Institute (SMI) Orchestra, conducted by Elizabeth Schulze, performs Tchaikovsky's 'Symphony No. 4' and Britten's 'Matinee Musicales.' The winner of the SMI concerto competition will perform, as a soloist, a movement of a piece with the orchestra.
