Chynna's Slice of Life April 4, 2009

Chynna's Helping Heart is a public charity that focuses on education and awareness of congenital heart defects. Join us on April 4th from 12-5pm at Forney High School for a home town pizza party extravaganza. Enjoy great pizza from all of Forney's fabulous pizza vendors, wonderful family entertainment - featuring Dallas' best cover band Counterfeit Radio, games/events, health awareness attractions, onsite pet adoptions courtesy of the SPCA, and an afternoon you won't forget. We will be paying tribute to a wonderful young lady who left us far too soon. With your help we can make a difference in the diagnosis and treatment of congential heart defects! See you there!
