Christmas Craft Day December 5, 2009

It's the second annual Christmas Craft Day where you create your own Christmas gifts and decorations. This event is for guys, gals, and kids of all ages. Bring your families. Bring your friends. Bring your craft supplies! We will have the supplies to make paper snowflakes, two different types of ornaments, gift boxes from old Christmas cards, and snow globes*. There will be other small make and takes and plenty of fun to go around. We're still working on new ideas for those great people that came out last year so keep checking back.

*The snow globe craft requires you to bring a sealable glass jar. Also, if you have miniature ornaments or a figurine you would like to make into a snow globe, please bring that as well.

Below is a suggested list of items that you could bring. Nothing is mandatory but everything is appreciated.

baby food jars (if you have extras)
snack size baggies
rolling pin
miniature ornaments or figurines
baby oil
pie tin(s)
glitter
acrylic paint
paint brushes
hot glue guns or glue
scissors
paper, foil, etc for fancy snowflakes
iron
wax paper
old Christmas cards
Christmas themed paper
