'Christmas at the Zoo' is a truly an amazing time to visit the Zoo! As dusk falls the Zoo becomes peaceful amid the soft Christmas lights. It's also a great time of year to see the animals that love the cooler weather. The seals, sea lions, polar bears, walrus, tigers, and bears love the cooler temperatures. All the indoor exhibits are open as well and, ironically, are spaced out perfectly to go from building to building around the Zoo between Oceans, Dolphin, Deserts, and Critter Corner. Include in that the Santa's Village in the North Pavilion, a stop in for warm holiday treats in the Cafe at the Commons and Sweet Shop, and the Hilbert Conservatory in White River Gardens, there's no way to get too cold or miss the holiday spirit at the Zoo.
