Come and join us for a free breakfast and a great discussion this Saturday, May 6 at our Chorizo and Menudo breakfast, a monthly meeting that unites civic and elected leaders to discuss issues that involve our community.

Our guests this month are Will Pryor, former judge, and candidate for congress, Sal Espino, Fort Worth councilman, and Robert Rivera, Arlington councilman on the growth of Latinos in the suburbs. We will also speakers on the Immigration reform new actions and activities. Also voter registration and citizenship drives will be started and committees established, the goal 10,000 new voters and 10,000 new citizens.

This event is free, open to the public and hosted by LULAC Council 102. Previous guests have been all 6 candidates for District Attorney, Dallas Police Chief David Kunkle, DMN Editorial Columnist Macarena Hernandez, DISD Superintendent Dr. Michael Hinojosa, Judge Elect Dennise Garcia, Sheriff Lupe Valdez and many more. The Chorizo and Menudo breakfasts were started by former Dallas Councilman and State Representative Domingo Garcia and ran from 1993 to 2002. Future meetings will be held on the first Saturday of each month.
