Help yourself to a Chinese-style buffet and gut-busting comedy at our annual local tradition! Comedian Brad Zimmerman will perform his solo show "My Son the Waiter, A Jewish Tragedy," a bittersweet tale of growing up, persevering and struggling to make it as an actor in New York.

Zimmerman's stand-ups of his childhood, family, career and misbegotten love life are as warm and poignant as they are hilarious. He has acted in The Sopranos, is a regular at the famed Friar's Club and has appeared on Conan O'Brian, Comedy Central and The David Letterman Show.

An opening act will be performed by San Francisco-based comedian and cartoonist Michael Capozzola. His cartoon, "Surveillance Caricatures," appears in the San Francisco Chronicle. Capozzola produces and hosts the Cartoon Art Museum's annual "Comics for Comix" comedy fundraiser.

In addition to Zimmerman's and Capozzola's comedy, Chopshticks attendees will enjoy a Chinese-style buffet, dessert and a wine bar. Tables accommodate up to 10 people and whole tables can be reserved. This event is a great solution for small companies and families seeking a unique and affordable holiday celebration.
