Chocolate Fantasy - Cirque du Chocolat March 8, 2008

Inspired by the famous Cirque du Soleil, the 16th Annual Chocolate Fantasy “Cirque du Chocolat,” presented by KPMG LLP, will take place on Saturday, March 8, 2008 at the Hyatt Regency Albuquerque. The brilliant revelry will propel you into a dreamscape under the Big Top where you can join New Mexico’s finest chefs in a showcase of their chocolate sculptures.

“Cirque du Chocolat” will feature a grand buffet amid imaginative décor, entertainment, live music, dancing, and even acrobatic performances. Guests may also join the bidding frenzy at an enormous silent auction, enjoy sparkling champagne, and, of course, taste delectable chocolates from New Mexico’s most talented chocolatiers.
