Summer is here and what better way to celebrate than with chocolate and cocktails? Katherine Anne Confections and North Shore Distillery are teaming up for a delicious event—Chocolate & Cocktails Chicago. This event will be an evening of handcrafted cocktails and artisan truffles, caramels and marshmallows.

Chocolate & Cocktails Chicago will kick off with a welcome cocktail and a chance to mix and mingle. Next, enjoy five mini-cocktails perfectly paired with five decadent treats from Katherine Anne Confections. Savory light bites will also be available.

Welcome Cocktail: Chamomile Gimlet - Sol Chamomile Citrus, Fresh Lime, Honey

Cocktail: Rhubarb Fizz - Distiller's Gin No. 6, Rhubarb Simple Syrup, Fresh Lime and soda
Treat: Strawberry Lime Truffle (dark chocolate)

Cocktail: Sol 76 - Sol Chamomile Citrus Vodka, fresh lemon and sparkling wine
Treat: Orange Ginger Marshmallow
Cocktail: Spiced Pear Fizz - Aquavit - Private Reserve, pear, amaro, soda
Treat: Goat Cheese Pear Walnut Truffle (white chocolate)

Cocktail: Summer in France - North Shore Vodka, blackberry preserves, St. Germain, fresh lemon.
Treat: Blackberry St. Germain Truffle (milk chocolate)

Cocktail: Orange Cinnamon Flip - Distiller's Gin No. 11, Orange Curaçao, Fresh Orange Juice, Honey, Egg
Treat: Coffee Hazelnut Truffle (dark)
