Based on the 1968 movie starring Dick Van Dyke, an eccentric professor invents wacky machinery, but can't seem to make ends meet. When, at the urging of his children, he invents a revolutionary car, a foreign government becomes interested in it, and sets forth on a sinister plan to get their hands on it.
