In this class you'll learn Sitting Meditation, Liver Cleansing Remedy Routine, Tonification Stance, and 5-Rountines. The form you'll learn is based on an ancient system of exercise derived by observing nature, and it incorporates traditional Chinese medical theory. You'll find these exercises consist of gentle and easy to learn movements bridging balance and harmony of the body, mind, spirit and breath. Level I will compliment any weight loss program and is beneficial towards cardiovascular health.
