Weds. 6:30-8:30 starting jan 18th for 8 wks

Each person will use the "Four Treasures" of a scholar, meaning the paper, inkstone, inkstick and brush, to create beautiful and meaningful sayings and phrases. Students will learn basic strokes, and in each class will learn one or two simple characters and parts of complex ones. More experienced students will take on more complex characters.

By the end of the class, students will be able to write a few useful Chinese word combinations, such as ho-ping (peace), and a couple complex characters like ai (love). Interested students can explore more complex lessons as they like.
